Can I cancel my online valet booking or online order?
WASH HQ Ltd will not provide any refunds without exception for product(s) and/or booking services. Your statutory rights are not affected.
By submitting an online order form to WASH HQ Ltd, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your contract with WASH HQ Ltd. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of product(s) and/or booking services on washhq.co.uk.
Can I get a refund for my online valet booking or online order?
In the case of faulty products we will replace them if they were sent damaged from WASH HQ Ltd. In the case of failure to attend a valet booking on the appointed day and time we will not provide a refund.
Can I collect an online order?
Customers local to our centre can also choose the Click & Collect option at checkout and pick your order once it has been process.
What Coronavirus safety protection is in place at Wash HQ?
We kindly ask all customers to wear a mask at all times when you visit our car wash. If you forget to bring a mask we will provide one for you for your safety.
As part of our safety prototcol we are also providing Shield Guard Covid Surface Sanitiser as an effective protection against all known Coronaviruses and killing bacteria and has been tested to kill 99.99% of bacteria.
