1. Our Business Policy
1.1 WASH HQ Ltd offers air freshener/gift vouchers (“products”) and valet booking (“booking services”) on washhq.co.uk and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the “Consumers”.
1.2 “Consumer” shall mean any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a Consumer, please do not purchase any bookings on washhq.co.uk.
1.3 washhq.co.uk reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers” and any other order which does not comply with WASH HQ Ltd business policy.
1.4 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (together with the documents referred to herein) regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to product(s) or booking services on washhq.co.uk between the users of washhq.co.uk and WASH HQ Ltd.
2. How to Execute a Contract with WASH HQ Ltd
2.1 To place a product(s) and/or booking services order on washhq.co.uk, you must fill out the checkout form and complete the payment on PayPal which upon successful completion will send the Consumer via email an electronic order confirmation issued from WASH HQ Ltd, with your order details including date and time for booking services.
2.2 The checkout form contains a link to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and also contains information on the main characteristics of each product(s) and/or booking services and the relevant unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product(s) and/or booking services, and references to the terms and conditions.
2.3 A product(s) and/or booking services order shall be deemed submitted when WASH HQ Ltd receives your order form electronically and the order information has been verified as correct.
2.4 Before submitting your online order form for the purchase of product(s) and/or booking services, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, to print a copy using the print option and to save or reproduce a copy thereof for your own personal use.
2.5 The product(s) and/or booking services order form will be filed in our database for the time required to process your order and as provided by law. You may access your order form by clicking on the section called My Account page.
2.6 Before submitting the online order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible input errors.
2.7 The submission of online orders to WASH HQ Ltd must be in English.
2.8 After your online order form has been submitted, WASH HQ Ltd will process your order.
2.9 WASH HQ Ltd may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the booking date and time is not available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that WASH HQ Ltd has not carried out your product(s) and/or booking services order specifying the reasons thereof. If the booking services displayed on washhq.co.uk are no longer available at the time of your last access or once WASH HQ Ltd has received your booking order form, WASH HQ Ltd shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered product(s) and/or booking services within twenty four (24) hours from the day after WASH HQ Ltd has received your order.
2.10 By submitting an online order form to WASH HQ Ltd, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your contract with WASH HQ Ltd. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of product(s) and/or booking services on washhq.co.uk.
2.12 Upon submission of an order form, WASH HQ Ltd shall send you a purchase order receipt e-mail, containing a summary of the information related to the product(s) and/or booking services form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the product(s) and/or booking services main characteristics, detailed information on price, terms of payment, date and time etc.).
2.13 By submitting an order form for product(s) and/or booking services you acknowledge that we do not offer any refunds without exception. In the case of faulty products we will replace them if they were sent damaged from WASH HQ Ltd. In the case of failure to attend a valet booking on the appointed day and time we will not provide a refund. In the case that you have provided advanced notice that you are unable to attend your appointed valet booking due to unforseen circumstances we wil re-arrange another date and time so you do not lose out.
3. Guarantees and Booking Service Price Indication
3.1 The main characteristics of each booking package and pricing are shown on washhq.co.uk on prices page.
3.2 Prices are subject to change and will be changed on our site from time to time.
3.3 Orders made from outside the UK will be automatically cancelled.
4.1 Payment of the product(s) and/or booking service order must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.
4.2 In case of payment by credit/debit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be taken on PayPal’s website which is fully secured and encrypted. The price for the purchase of product(s) and/or booking services, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account immediately upon successful payment completion.

8. Governing Law
8.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by United Kingdom law and in particular by Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (UK Regulations) on certain aspects related to e-commerce.
9. Amendments and updates
9.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on washhq.co.uk.
