Refunds.

Wash HQ does not offer any form of refunds without exception. If you have made an online Deluxe Valet booking and are unable to attend at the required booking time due to unforseen circumstances we can offer alternative dates and times so you do not lose out. If you have purchased any of our Air Freshener products that came damaged due to a fault on our side we will replace the item for you. If your online delivery has been lost in transit you will need to contact Royal Mail as all our online orders are insured with Royal Mail First Class Signed For.

If you have used any of our Basic or Supreme Wash or Valet service and are not satisfied please speak to our manager and we will do our best to resolve any issue.
